Established in November 2012, Newell Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has three lines of business including (1) international trading, (2) private equity investment and (3) financial consultancy service. The Company’s international trading business is based in Shanghai, while its PE investment and financial consultancy businesses have partner teams in Beijing and Shenzhen as well.

Through equity investment or co-operation agreement, the Company has built up a global trade network that affiliated itself with local trading partners in Africa, Middle East and South East Asia [please seeOur Global Network chapter].

We currently import agricultural goods (i.e. coffee bean, cashew nuts and hibiscus) from our partners in Nigeria and Ethiopia to China while export to our partners in Africa, Middle East and South East Asia the China produced goods varying from food and beverage to industrial products [please seeProducts/Goods We Trade chapter].
